Our service staff are fit, healthy, polite and trained in all aspects of their duties. Typically our staff are university students working flexible part time hours to fit around their studies. Our staff are expected to reasonably undertake any task required to make our customers happy.
Our staff understand that every householder has different expectations and will listen to, respect and work with our customers to ensure they are satisfied with our service. If you want our staff to remove their shoes, they will put covers over their shoes as OH&S regulations require them to wear shoes.
